Terms of Service
& Lab Usage

Legal Preamble

By accessing ScanForge (the "Portal"), you agree to follow the technical protocols and architectural guidelines documented in these Terms of Service. Failure to adhere to these standards mandates immediate termination of site usage.

Technical Documentation Disclaimer

All engineering data, hardware forensic reviews, and troubleshooting blueprints provided within this environment are for educational and informational purposes only.

  • Accuracy Metrics: While we strive for sub-millimeter metrological accuracy, optical 3D scanners, laser triangulation devices, and photogrammetric equipment are subject to environmental lighting, surface refraction, and sensor calibration limits. Never rely solely on uncalibrated optical meshes for life-critical aerospace or medical engineering without secondary physical coordinate measuring machine (CMM) verification. We are not liable for dimensional discrepancies, manufacturing tolerance failures, or assembly rejects.
  • Warranty Protocols: Any machine modifications suggested by our technical team may void your manufacturer's warranty. Execute at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

The "Architectural Editorial" design system, branding identity, custom data visualizations, and original documentation are the exclusive property of ScanForge. Unauthorized replication of our blueprints is strictly prohibited.

Financial Protocol

AFFILIATE REQUISITION: Some hyperlinks within this node are affiliate links. We receive a commission (at no additional cost to you) if a procurement process is finalized. This funds our technical testing operations.

Operational Restrictions

You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Deploying automated scripts to harvest our technical documentation.
  • Attempting to breach our data encryption or security architectures.
  • Injecting malicious code through our communication nodes.
  • Commercial use of our open-source fabrication guides without explicit attribution.

Governing Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the regulatory framework of Spain. Any technical disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Madrid.
